A flat shipping fee of $179 applies to all furniture orders. Local pickup is available at no charge.

Now shipping across Southern Ontario, within a 4-hour radius of London, Ontario. Delivery available to most surrounding regions.
Delivery fees cover most locations within our service area. If your address is classified as rural or remote by our carriers, our team will contact you before shipping to confirm any additional costs.

Most deliveries arrive within 3 to 6 weeks.

Orders with multiple items may require more than 1 delivery. We do our best to consolidate items to provide the best delivery experience.

At Mark Karens, our White Glove Delivery service is designed to ensure your custom piece arrives safely and with care and it will be delivered right to the room of your choice, including unpacking, assembly, and garbage removal.

We want your delivery day to go as smoothly as possible, so please take a moment to review the details below before booking.
Customer Presence Required Because White Glove Delivery includes setup inside your home, someone needs to be there to receive the order. If no one is available, your order will be left at the door, and Mark Karens cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after delivery.
Making Room for Your Piece Please double-check your measurements before ordering. It’s up to the customer to ensure the piece can fit through doorways and hallways. If needed, you may need to remove doors or create extra clearance before delivery day.
Measurements & Fit Before ordering, please confirm that your piece can fit through your doorway or into the space you’ve chosen. All product dimensions are available on our Sizing & Delivery page for your convenience.
On Delivery Day When we arrive, you’ll have the chance to look everything over and make sure it’s just right. Once you’ve signed off that it arrived in good condition, the delivery is complete and the sale is final.

Local pickup is available by request from our London, Ontario workshop. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with instructions to contact our service care team to arrange a convenient pickup time and date.
Please ensure your vehicle can safely accommodate your piece, including the packaging it arrives in. Our team will help load your item, but we’re unable to assist with securing it for transport.

Refunds & Warranty Details

Each piece is made to order, so cancellations within 48 hours of purchase are subject to a $100 fee. After 48 hours, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

We do our best to represent each piece accurately through detailed descriptions and photography. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Because every item is handmade, slight variations are part of what make your piece unique.

All Mark Karens furniture includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials or craftsmanship. If a claim is approved, we’ll determine whether a repair, part replacement, or full replacement is needed.
The warranty does not cover wear, damage, or discolouration caused by regular use, lack of maintenance, or accidents. Natural variations in wood colour and texture are not considered defects. Please note that extreme changes in temperature or humidity can cause wood to expand, contract, or crack, which is not covered under warranty.
